How to cook an omelet
Read the following recipe and you will get to know how to prepare delicious omelet. You need such ingredients as 2-3 eggs per person, frying pan, oil or butter, milk or water, cheese, onions or garlic, salt and pepper, herb spices, some meat or sausages and some vegetables for example, asparagus, peas or carrots and others.

1. Take a necessary amount of eggs, break them into the bowl and mix them thoroughly.
2. After that add some milk and some salt and pepper, some garlic and herbs spices and mix it again.
3. Then place other ingredients into another bowl. You can take some sausages and some cheese etc.
4. Put some oil or butter into the frying pan and put it on the heat. When the pan is hot, put mixed eggs there. Cook it on the low heat.
5. When the eggs are not quite ready, put some grated cheese on the eggs.
6. Then take small amount of ingredients and putt them above your omelet.
7. You must sure that omelet are not sticking to the bottom of the pan.
8. When omelet is ready, put the sides of it to the middle of omelet, covering the ingredients. And take it out of pan, put omelet on the plate.
9. After that put the rest of the ingredients on omelet and sprinkle with some cheese.

We recommend you not to cook omelet on the high heat. Eggs cook quickly and they can burn. Prepare all ingredients before hand. Instead of milk you can use a small amount of sour cream.
